We made it to the end of an intensely hot week and the start of next week looks set to bring much-needed relief along with quite a few events happening in our school. Here’s a rundown of what to expect, so you don’t miss out!
Coffee Morning
9:00am – 10:30am on Monday 29th June
Join us for a relaxed start to the week. A chance to chat, connect and enjoy a cuppa together.
Cake Sale & Uniform Stall
3:15pm on Monday 29th June
Pick up a treat after school and browse our pre-loved uniform selection. Small change is much appreciated for the treats and all uniform items are free of cost.
Donations Day
8:30am on Thursday 2nd July
Bring your summer fair donations to the school’s lower hall and our team will be on hand to receive your items. We are grateful for items you can donate towards our raffle, and variety of tombolas (jam jars, teddies, sweets, bottles and general)
Summer Fair
12:00pm – 3:00pm on Saturday 4th July
Join us for family fun under the sun! We will have a bouncy castle in full swing, beat the goalie for aspiring football players, brilliant raffle prizes to be won and many games of chance & skill. We have brilliant chefs cooking up BBQ for lunch and the lovely Tom from Trig Brewery will be keeping the adults happy with refreshing, alcoholic drinks for sale.Friends of Fishergate

Pupils in Key Stage 1 and 2 have been practising hard and the class auditions are underway. All finalists will be announced next week.
Woof!
Woof! I think I must be growing up because Mrs Clarke says I’m getting old enough to start coming to assembly again. I’m very excited to see everyone, although apparently I’m leaving quite a lot of black Labrador glitter (humans call it hair!) wherever I go. Sorry about that – I like to think it’s my way of making sure nobody forgets I’ve been there!
