Christmas is a wonderful time of year when we can celebrate with friends and family and take a break from our usual family routines. We do hope that you have a lovely festive season, but we also know that it can be a very testing time as we navigate different family expectations and hopes. We understand that this puts extra strain on parenting. So, as we enter 2023, join us to share ideas and concerns, and to consider simple strategies to support your parenting in the new year.
