I have been a very lucky dog this week. Thank you so much to everyone who brought me lovely presents, tasty treats and lots of cuddles. My tail has been wagging non-stop! I feel very spoiled, and I am so grateful to have such kind friends at Fishergate.

A special goodbye goes to our amazing Year 6 children. Thank you for being so gentle with me, playing with me and always stopping to say hello. I know you are going to do brilliant things at secondary school. Be brave, be kind, make lots of new friends and remember—you’ll always have a furry friend cheering you on from Fishergate.

Good luck, Year 6. I will miss you… but I’ll make sure I keep an eye out for your younger brothers and sisters (and any biscuits you might accidentally leave behind!).
