Barstow House Visit

The School Council took a trip to Barstow House on Wednesday 13th June. This visit was arranged by Susannah and Edie (School Councillors) and Julie who works as an Active Communities Officer for the City of York Council.

We chatted, played board games, drank tea (or juice) and ate cake! We took some games, including chess and uno, but also learned how to play dominoes and boules!

The School Councillors were a credit to the school and communicated really well with the residents at Barstow House. We all had a lot of fun!

A special thank you to Justine and Allison who came along with us on the trip.
